About 4 years ago I was commissioned by our friend, Shyla, to paint a fall tree painting for her house. It turned out so well that Shelley said she wanted one. Well...I finally got around to it last week. I've named this painting "Fall Returns" since it's the second painting like this I have created now. It's hanging over our couch and the vivid colors really livened up the whole room. I'm pleased with this one.
I love the "stage" approach to this post. I keep meaning to do something like this, but I always forget to "save" my work at various stages. Great painting, BTW. How big is the painting?
